Voop, I see from your profile you are in Louisiana. I don't know any surgeons there. The doctor who did my wife is out in Ca. now and I thought is you were out there, I would refer you to him. The amounts you listed, are they roughly the same in both eyes? 1.25 diopters myopic and 3.75 diopters astigmatic in both? If so your vision is probably 20/200 or slightly worse. Check with your local doctor and also check with the Ophthalmology depts. of the nearest well known hospital and you should quickly get a feel for who has the best reputation.
