OT That's correct - or at least it states that in the Windows 98 manual. I made the mistake of buying an AGP card.

From my understanding you can only combine PCI video cards.

Nope...one of them is an AGP. The StealthII G460 AGP card will work well with the Viper 330 (my first two cards)....the StealthII has 8megs on the board and will set you back around $60...you may want to switch it as your primary card and use the Viper 330 as your secondary.
