OTTO: Here's where I found it, in their latest press release.

''Our record sales for the quarter and the sharp decrease in the net loss demonstrates our progress towards our major strategic goals of diversifying our product line and creating year-round sources of revenues,'' said Steven Lebensfeld, Toymax President. ''Our three new businesses are already starting to positively impact our bottom line. Go Fly A Kite produced record sales during the quarter. Our recent entry into the candy business, Candy Planet, anticipates signing a non-exclusive licensing agreement shortly with Nintendo of America, Inc. to create a select line of Pokemon(TM) candy product to be available in the fall. In the last month of the quarter we completed the acquisition of Monogram International, a gift and children's leisure products company. We are excited that our program of acquisitions and new ventures has born fruit in such a short period of time.''
