Well, msft saved the day by accounting for ~1/2 of the nasdaq points. I am sure many now see it going to 100.

The problem with MSFT rallies this year? Short-lived and marking the market top.

Let's trade on this good news for a few days until its novelty wears off.

Thomas,

Amzn split's coming. Judging from its strength, it will probably hold the sector up for a while. Can't believe the analyst promoted "the internet holiday basket" in Aug. Way too early!

Like you, I thought the nuts should consolidate here for a while. It's still too early for them to breakout. But intc proved me wrong since it broke 70. So I just play along in the bull camp and have my eye on exit.

PS I still have a very small position in amzn and ebay.
