Charles, our dialogue has reached the point of no return, as it is clear that our basic assumpions about what a state system should be about do differ so much that we cannot reach a common conclusion. So conferring about systems of government doesn't make much sense in the current context. I think Gutenbergs revolution shows an example where 'mediocrity' has changed the world dramatically, and made possible your way of life. My point is more about the 'mediocrity' of the mass customers, who made the industry of book printing and information distribution possible, than about Gutenberg himself. Regards MNI.
