Kendall:

On UTHR, I do hope this is something that works as I was seen for pulmonary hypertension one year ago at Mayo.My case is very very mild, but currently the only things really done that I was told about are lung transplants, a very serious surgical procedure which is only performed about 3-4 places in the country, and a medication delivered via a pump much the same way that diabetics receive insulin in serious cases.

Pulmonary hypertension is the condition that was contracted by those who died from Fen-Phen. Mine came as the result of multiple pulmonary embolysms as a result of lupus.

Very scary stuff and you may have opened a new glimmer here on this rainy night in Indiana!

Please share what you know about this....

Thanks so much!
