I tend to agree; but if they had people lined up and waiting on the other defunct or postponed deal, perhaps this is a good fit.

I gave you a hard time on CYMI...wish I had listened. The convertibles killed that duck. Still hasn't fully recovered. Got creamed real bad for quite a while. It was also a bad luck stock...beats the streets and moves up as the market begins the crash...ouch...

They even had a floor. Savage shorting occurred.
