Good to have you around Marden. Strange to see the little interest for Technor at SI. Think they have missed a lot. Raging Bull is much more active.

Latest NASDAQ Update: Nasdaq Update August 1999 The SEC requires that Technor add the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 1999 (year-end June 30th, 1999) to the Form 10 SB filing already filed with the SEC. The Company is now completing the audit together with auditors BDO in Sweden and New York. The audit is expected to be complete in the first full week of September and will be filed with SEC immediately. The SEC can of course request further information, which would extend the acceptance process by another few weeks, but the Company and its advisors feel confident that the process is close to completion.
