From RB we are still alive :-) Had a brief conversation with Mr. Mendez today. The SEC granted an indeterminate filing extension to LGOV, as the SEC has requested some more financial information that will require more time to gather up. No problems with the SEC, I am told, as this is their request. Multinational filings just take longer. The really IMPORTANT news is the current discussion with a "PR firm", and the upcoming, professional dissemination of information to shareholders, prospective shareholders, institutional buyers, pension funds, overseas stock exchanges etc. So many positive events on the horizon. Patience, patience, patience!
