What Comes Next........

Commission members,

A quick review.....ASCA has just signed a deal with a powerful group of St.Louis businesspeople to build a "Council Bluffs" type of casino just South of St. Louis.

They already have the plan and the land.....Now they need a license.

The next step is to sell the plan to the Missouri gaming commission....and for the project to be granted a license.

Should a license be granted.....look for the secondary offering that Bear Sterns seems to need in order to change their opinion of ASCA. ASCA would use part of the proceeds to build this St. Louis project.

I believe you have a win-win situation.....With a "twin" to Council Bluffs.......ASCA will be doing at least $500 million in sales......and will move up from the micro-cap world. Lots of exposure.

Ameristar Council Bluffs has a very good reputation in the Omaha area....I think this will help get the go-ahead from the gaming commission in Missouri.
