If the tree is on a serious angle you can probably keep it alive by propping it, but it will never go back to being straight. If they behave there as they do here (which they may not), I would chop it off just above the ground and keep it wet; new shots would come up, and they grow fast. Here they cut them after they bear fruit, usually once a year.
