i'm not sure if it is or not, but you don't get a crash after some nice and neat fib. retracement... it isn't going to be that easy.... its only easy AFTER the fact.. nobody in 1929 saw that H&S pattern adn said.. "lookout below!!" for instance, this may be important.. maybe not.. but see how AOL has broken its angled H&S pattern and has pulled back to the neckline wher eit is meeting STRONG resistance, just like the UTIL, UTY and numorous other POS's? timely.com
