...or the DOJ pulls an upset. Do you really think that a DOJ victory in this first decision phase would be an upset? And (even more important), do you think the street would consider it an upset? Whatever one thinks about the justice of it all (and we all know where everyone else on this board stands on that issue), it seems to me that a first-round loss is fairly well built into the price by now. I'd consider a Microsoft victory at this stage to be a significant upset.
