I don't believe anyone has suggested that Berg was the recent mystery investor. Bloomberg has reported that as an insider he did make buys of approximately 300,000 shares recently, but there haven't been any indications that he was also the unnamed institutional buyer who has been chipping in $3 mill/month. I have heard (without any outside verification) that the buyer was Credit Suisse. But I haven't been able to verify that, and probably won't for another few months.
