Gerard, you actually posted this my way. I actually expect that charges will be filed to justify an 18 month investigation. As i mentioned a couple of times today, i expect them to be in regards to the SEC document comments regarding the licensees. I do not believe that the long term viability of the company will be irreparably damaged, but do expect a setback, a media blitz and another hit to the stock. starnet has awesome lawyers that can position this case in 1 of 2 directions. They can contest the unproven laws that they are being measured against or pay fines against gambling laws and change the routing of the server traffic away from Canada altogether. I bet they take the hit and continue on, then with a proven landscape on which to operate. Check out the excerpt from the SEC document that I posted earlier. this is definitely all opinion. good luck, brian
