Uninformed? Well maybe, but I've heard him say some things that were pretty politically incorrect and could be interpreted as racist... maybe he didn't mean it that way but nonetheless if you are doing a tv talk show you need to have some sensitivity...

For example he once said that republicans were engineering their own demise by allowing too many foreign workers into this country who, as lower earners were more likely to vote democrat. OK, so perhaps statistically this is a fact, but in huge pockets of the country especially high-tech, all the workers are highly skilled and thus highly paid... I'll bet your average indian H1-B visa worker makes twice the salary of your average american so its a little tough to hear sweeping generalizations like that and Buchanan makes them all the time.

I have no doubt that most foreign workers will vote dem if they become citizens but it has nothing to do with their incomes!
