I may be wrong but thought that PP was to do with Click and website development. Will recheck the 10-12G filing for more detail if available. I am remembering postulating that Click might sell some shares to cover costs of the employees sent over and office that was set up to do the job. That way the parent company could have a normal end of year balance sheet. This is speculation only, however I did see routine selling of blocks last Dec which were IMO the PP shares hitting the market. Over 2M anyway it seemed. -Jim
