I may be wrong but thought that PP was to do with Click and website development. Will recheck the 10-12G filing for more detail if available.

I am remembering postulating that Click might sell some shares to cover costs of the employees sent over and office that was set up to do the job. That way the parent company could have a normal end of year balance sheet. This is speculation only, however I did see routine selling of blocks last Dec which were IMO the PP shares hitting the market. Over 2M anyway it seemed. -Jim

Only the early private placements were at $.20 and that was when the selling price was below a dollar. The most recent one was at $2.00 and they have a one year restriction. These funds have been raised in order to continue the growth of the company. That included the national advertising and development of the Netcast Center.>>

My point is some people were willing to pay $2.00 for this as a placement. They must see a tremendous up side!
