Jane, Cheeky Kid, A@P, Tim et al., Do you realise how entertaining this thread is for the few of us in the UK ?? (awful sentence construction, sorry!). I turn on every morning and think, oh sht, 104 posts on A@P's thread today. And I think, oh good I'll learn some more about shorting. But I am sure I secretly think, lets hope there has been another major "happening" and that 97% of the posts are OT !! What I have found when 97% of the posts are OT, is that you tend to learn a lot more about the individuals posting in this virtual community and this helps you to decide on the investing information they contribute. And unfortunately for me it is a virtual community because I am 6,000 miles away and have not had the advantage of meeting any of you guys/gals in person. I have followed this present debacle with interest because it definitely offends the British sense of fair play. (Despite the fact that I am half French Canadian with a good portion of North American Indian thrown in). Don't think that I haven't been on the end of Anthony's sharp tongue either. (over on the MUCP thread) But after that battle we did not fall out, which suggests that he has some very admirable personality strengths. However I am still trying to find any kind of feeling of commendability towards jenna's character...............
