Relevant questions and answers:

1. What is this group?
See auctionbuy.com

2. How is it structured?
This is a Limited Partnership (LP). An original claiming group called
Association of Eight is separate but holds a third or so of the asset base.
Think of all areas as about 15,000 acres, with some possible
expansion...but the success of this venture depends on bringing in NEW
SUPPORT from folks like YOU who are reading this now. It is that simple. We
are not finished with our property acquisition yet...so we ask, are YOU?.
We have successfully gone from nothing to 15,000 properly leased acres. Do
you want to be with us in another year when we might say on September 1,
1999, "...and we still grew from that first year and a half activity to
where we are now!"?

3. What properties do you control?
We control approximately 15,000 acres consisting of more than 100 claims in
various areas of western Arizona and southeastern Nevada.

4. Do you own them?
Approx. 90% of our claims (generally called "BLM claims") are leased from
the Bureau of Land Management of the US Dept of Interior as a Placer
Association of some form and the balance are leased from the State of Arizona.

5. What kind of mining is this?
The Arizona claims are all placer. The Nevada site is currently being
evaluated, but it abuts on an historic hardrock claim. One claim is held as
hardock, and one or two other hardrock claims from a group member are to be
transferred into this limited partnership, assuming we come to an
anticipated agreement on a pending internal group proposal. This proposal
seems favorable to all parties, so the Nevada claims may well end up as 3
hardrock and 2 placer.

6. Where are your claims located?
In a 100 mile triangle in the Southwestern US, primarily Arizona.

7. Are there other mining operations nearby?
Yes. Some current, some historical.

8. What do you have for sale?

We currently have the following available:
Partial Text
Chucka-MGP also to help the eforts. No Pay, no salary. Richer for the experience.

Statements, is this clear? RE:
12. What are the downside risks?
As with any highly speculative stock, the potential downside is 100%.
Because of the variety of sources we are dealing with and the results of
Standard Fire Assays done on these properties, we do not believe this is
likely, but the possibility of failure of each must be considered.

13. What happens if you can't raise the money to renew your claims?
In that event, we would be forced to reduce the number of claims to those
showing the very highest likelihood of being "hot spots" and those claims
already identified as lying along geologically significant fault lines. A
gravity map of these areas is available on request/.....//...
