Showdown in Wilmington..

To be expected, the LG/Zenith lawyers are attempting to ramrod the case through Federal District Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.

They claim since the debenture holders agreed to accept the LG offer that there is no equity left for the common shareholders.

This is a specious argument that has not been proven in court. LG/Zenith's entire case rests on the valuations of Zenith from paid and biased clients/sources arranged through Bob Dangremond. Note that Bob Dangremond's firm has received over one million dollars from LG/Zenith and will receive an extra one million dollar bonus if the bankruptcy is successful. Jeff Gannon will earn about $13 million from the bankruptcy and 17 other insiders will triple their pay.

CalPERS, the nation's largest public employees' pension fund with over $150 billion in assets, is the number one fighter to defend the rights of shareholders. CalPERS has taken on some of the largest companies in the US who have trampled upon their shareholders and has an excellent record of winning its cases defending shareholders. CalPERS is actively in our camp.

Round one goes to LG's lawyers and Bob Dangremond. Round two is set to begin.
