Hi Tim. The DOW is the only major exchange that's made a full recovery. The Naz, S&P 500, NYSE and smaller indices are still lagging pretty badly...so I'm cautiously optimistic that they will catch up and return to their previous highs before a significant correction occurs in the fall...significant being 10-15%.

Tomorrow's important though..because today was much weaker than it appeared on the surface. Advancers were badly outnumbered by decliners on both the NYSE and the Naz...and the small caps still are not participating well enough.

I think the short term bias is still up...but I keep a finger on the sell.
