Not sure, but they'd probably say something like "he's that old fart who's too damn cheap to get rid of that 30-year-old rust bucket Mercedes because, he sez, who would be so stupid to steal it, and who also thinks he's St. Petersburg's night-time mayor, I mean, that guy's got more opinions than our chickens have feathers, and to tell you the truth, I wouldn't vote for him twice if he gave me that ugly damn car. Only reason he shows up here at night is he doesn't have nerve enough to drive that junker during the daylight cause he'd get too many fix-it tickets."
