WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A group of Justice Department attorneys who recently filed a class-action lawsuit to force their own agency---the Justice Department---to pay overtime are planning to move forward with the litigation.
Justice Department sources tell CNN that attorneys representing the Justice Department lawyers went before a federal judge in Washington on Tuesday in an attempt to get the lawsuit approved for trial. (cont)
