I would look at this announcement as they are providing the water hookup for your house at the curb, but they are not inside your house working on the faucets....that would probably be a combination of WK, Phone.com, and pure ISP service IF it ever turns on...... Notice once again that Sprint did NOT announce they were starting data service, but rahter still announced a nebulous date in teh future. At least this is better than Airtouch who has droped even announcing that they will startup service sometime in the future.
