Paul, I don't know if this is indeed the case, but if anyone is willing to hand Naxos a check, after all of the history, they must be looking at information that indicates a more than reasonable chance of success in one form or another (it may be based on the Lithium story alone) and therefor a more than reasonable opportunity to recover their investment plus make a profit. That would be encouraging in my view.

At this point in time, I am much less concerned about potential impacts on outstanding shares than I am concerned that Naxos has financing to keep the doors open and therefor, the chances for success alive.

Paul, when Daphne told you of the Father Gregory offer did it include financing (what price, stock and warrants) and did the offer have an agreement to finally end the legal battles? What about any other terms? Is the offer in the negotiation stage or did she/they vote it down?

Thanks

Max
