PAPO is moving. Like I stated before the company has tied up all of its shares that they could in the float and are looking to get the stock up for funding purposes. From the company's calculations; there can not be more than 200,000 shares out there and those shares are most likely in MMs hands.
You will notice the MMs are not wanting to let go of any of there shares at these levels because they are well aware of what the company wants to do.
