ICGE may be a newly public company, but it already has two IPOs to it's credit VERT and USIT. Both are powerful stocks. It has a great stable and great management.

This does not take anything away from CMGI, but when CMGI came public they had no properties and built their empire after the IPO. ICGE started with a lot of heavy backers and were able to more very aggressively in the B2B market. In a company versus company look at each stable, ICGE, IMO is not quite where CMGI's is but it is not far below. It is probably slightly overpriced at this time, and CMGI is probably slightly underpriced at this time, but both will be good long term holds

"Investing" in internet stocks *IS* gambling.

You should look for good, steady values and invest for the long term. Check out Golden West Financial (GDW) and Abbott Labs (ABT) for good examples.
