Jeffery: This article is written by a PhD at Harvard that discusses the merits of due diligence and how to acquire information for investments and decision making. You may observe where Mr. Gruder may align himself.

However, you may want to reflect on your thinking processes and question why is it that your significant comments are about the publisher and are negative as opposed to an application to your investments.

One interpretation, mine, is that there is such a bias in thinking that objectivity is lost. Thus, there is little value in listening or discussing with you. You have been very dedicated to Alydaar and Mr. Gruder, while you investments, and I might add mine as well, have plummeted into an abyss.

Objectivity is essential, so are facts as mentioned in the article. Speak to the facts and not irrelevant things like publishers, etc. We have invested in a company and need information that is relevant and important. That is what we should discuss from my perspective.

If we are communicate that is the basis, I would prefer.
