Michelle, Re: who is Caruso? He covers stocks such as HD, LOW, CC, BBY, TAN, etc. He always leaves out the part that CC charges a 15% restocking fee if you return something. I agree with you about CC's tactics. One of Caruso's big arguments against the success of AMZN in consumer electronics is that people prefer to pick up these type of goods in person. They are afraid to have them delivered to potentially unattended homes. A couple of his calls I remember the most are LTCW and CNS.
