Yes, it looks like it may get a run back up to 16 pretty soon. I am not sure how much it depends on te overall market since it has not done all that much with the NASDAQ on te move the last days... It seems to be the play of some channel riders, and it may stay like this until something gives; ie. news, earnings, buy-out, etc. IMHO

I agree with Sorin, we need a buyout to move OMKT. The NAZ has rallied and OMKT hasn't responded, however there isn't much downside risk at these levels. I just hope it doesn't retrace below 11 and break support. FWIW, OMKT signaled a BUY at the close on my "Windows on Wall Street" software.
