Regarding the SUN use of ANCR's source code.

Surely the OEM contract language has 1) secrecy clauses, 2) non-compete clauses, 3) prohibited use clauses, and 4) damage / penalty clauses relating to the codes such that SUN could not divulge or use ANCR's codes, directly or indirectly, other than for purposes of integrating SUN products with ANCR's products.

ANCR is run by some respectable, knowledgeable, and street-wise guys. (Not "wise guys") Company counsel would certainly err on the conservative side, if at all, regarding protection of ANCR's codes.

This is a non-issue in my view.
