That's exactly the word I had heard about Golan and Globus. I'd heard they pissed off everyone they worked with so it was going to be tough making it in Hollywood after what they'd on to so many others in the 80's.

So, this lawsuit is no surprise though I don't have any expertise. I like the part that says:

"... the dispute alleges claims against ... Tony Cataldo ... for this allegedly fraudulent inducement of Belfair International and Golan to sign a three year Consulting Agreement."

Looks like, Golan made a deal that he wants to go back on.

At 0.035 with 250 million shares, MVEE has a market cap of under $9 million and Golan wants "no less than $7 million."

Looks to me like we've got folks fighting over something that's worth a LOT more than the current market cap. JMHO.
