Yes, I've looked at LU's cash flow very carefully, and it's weak because of inventory and A/R increases. Mr. Fun believes it will turn around soon, and I certainly hope so -- I an long LU. But this is a glaring weakness for now. It is not a tax question (other than taxes actually paid). LU's inefficiency in this regard will constrain growth because the company will need to rely on external sources of capital (either sale of stock or debt) to fuel rapid growth. TTFN, CTC
