I don't think S&P is known for catching a wave before it peaks. If you're a pensioner with zero risk tolerance, you follow their guidance.

As for your other concerns, I suggest you listen to the CC. Alan was asked the same questions and answered by saying some of the lag was from Asia. Several major accounts have been collected since the quarter's close and they're building inventory in some areas intentionally.

The S&P report pretty much summarizes my feelings. It's a bit like a high jumper consistently not clearing the post and losing his sponsorship. His solution is to lower the bar, and then declare, see I told you I would clear it eventually.
