The bright side of this is the fact that you don't usually sue someone without any money. That bodes well for the economic future of EINI/MVEE if someone wants a piece of that pie that badly.

To win on that one, we would need to show that Golan (or Rothman) is either short now, or buys in when it goes down.

If some of what is in the article is still true, it would be relatively easy for Rothman (or Golan) to be in either position. Fictitious companys, Panamanian shell companies, etc.
