Some thoughts on the proposed NASDAQ listing. Quality management concerned about the integrity of HMSK in the investment community would have by now issued a release explaining the delay or problems in securing the listing. There is no NASDAQ prohibition which prevents HMSK from keeping its shareholders and potential investors apprised of developments in securing the listing. Quite the contrary it would seem to me would be appropriate. By hiding its head in the sand, HMSK has seen to it that there will be no increase in share price if the listing is secured and that there will be a dramatic decrease if the listing is denied. The listing becomes a non-event while its denial is a major concern. All IMO of course.
