3 question to thread: (a) I am trying to determine correct trailing PE for msft. What is trailing EPS is it 1.42 or 1.32. Depending on where I look I get either 1.32 or 1.42. Was there a 10c extra-ordinary gain during Fy99? 95/1.32 => 72 95/1.42 => 67 What is correct trailing PE? (b) When does the review cycle take place at microsoft? Is it right now? (c) Just 30 days ago, at the analysts conference call, Moeffi was talking about single digit earnings growth for FY00, no growth in margins and revenues growth of 17 - 18% at best. What has changed during the past week. Any change in guidence from microsoft officials?
