I believe they are already in the process of "maximizing shareholder value". I think they have hired CIBC to find them a mate.

What scares me about this company is the fact that a couple of months ago when oil prices were lower, management was saying the NAV of the company was north of $2 and now with higher oil prices the "revised" numbers point to $1. This could become another remington or blue range, especially when you consider how focused they are. I believe most of their value lies in the Leduc field, so if the engineering value is off for this one field, the entire NAV can be affected dramatically. I'm not saying that that could be the case, but it does increase the risk of the investment. That would explain a sub $1 stock price.

Anybody know what's up with EEE. The stock has been showing alot of volatility as of late.
