Come on, folks. The judge has a law clerk to do his research. Pestering him with faxes can only hurt our USAB.

Michael: while your intentions are good i think it totally inappropriate to ask any stockholder to communicate to the judge. by definition he knows where our bias lies and the probability is high he would take a dim view of being targeted by ANY (even a small) number of us to send him missives regarding USAB. Let Ken's lawyers do the talking!
