UPDATE!! The ever-evolving story of AZNT?s delinquent financials:
On 12 March, Mike Sylver writes a Letter to the Shareholders, in which he notes:
The auditors are well underway in the auditing of our records and Books for completion of the 10K for year ending December 31, 1998.

But of course no financials appeared at the end of March. Why not?
ITEM 4. CHANGE IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT. In February of 1999, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. ("the Company") decided to change auditors due to the fact that the prior auditor is still due compensation from the previous audit and would lack independence. The SEC and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with regards to conducting an audit and issuing an audit report do not deem the prior auditors independent. The Company's management and financial direction set for the Company and its Shareholders have deemed the change of auditors to be an appropriate decision.

Though the company had filed for a two-week extension, that deadline came and went? For several months Pugs occasionally assured everyone that their appearance was imminent, or, rather confusingly, that the SEC understood and approved the delay in filing:

?The 10k will be out this month, but the SEC is aware of the federal case and has taken that into consideration in the delay in filing. 10b-5 is applicable in the federal case and the default was entered Jan. 13th, do the math?

Well, the end of July arrived. Now what? Looks as if the SEC isn?t as sympathetic as Pugs would have had us believe:

?Call Louise over at AZNT, they will file before the deadline even if they trade as AZNTE for little while. Dude, between you & me I can guaruntee the issue will be resolved very shortly (HINT) LOL....

Kuhns assures us that the audit is nearly finished. Wonder where he got the idea that there are 10,000 non-reporting or delinquent OTCBB companies?

What a group of speculating bashers you guys are. First off, the auditor is finishing the 10K as we speak. Secondly, the auditor was never fired as you bashers claim. Janice knows better than to say AZNT will get delisted. And you can trust that Mr. Sylver will never allow AZNT to get delisted. CarlW just blew it, libel, libel, libel.
There's over 10,000 companies trying to be compliant with the new OTCBB requirements. Try and understand that laying out $22,000 for an audit isn't what most companies find easy. I suspect you'll be seeing most of these companies complying in the last 30 days. According to the bashers, all these companies are scams.LOLOLOL
So, where will you turn your energy to when AZNT files the 10k? Got anymore ugly deceptive ideas ready to attack with?
Like I said, the auditor is wrapping up the financial's as you bash claiming he's fired. What a bunch of pathetic liars you scumbags are. It's pretty obvious your sources for factual information have all dried up and blown away.
Keep on libeling AZNT, the lawyers are having a field day!!

?..Oh, auditor's were paid, they're shooting for the 15th "probably sooner" for the audited financials..... now if only the judge would be so cooperative!
ragingbull.com
Uh-oh. Maybe he was?.wrong. Looks as if we?re shooting for the 25th now. Does anyone yet know who the auditors are?

in fact, I made a call earlier for a status report on the K & Q's. They are trying for the 15th, it may take as long as the 25th, but that's as long as they see it going. The 15th is the goal...but, as far as I'm concerned, as long as they meet the deadline. The auditors said they would.

'Hog, do me a favor, ignore Shell & her desperate shorting buddies, ok? I just talked the fine folks over at AZNT, the auditor will be their monday to sign-off on the 10K. The Q's are being completed . If all goes well it should be filed the 16th, enter the system around the 17th and the 'E' will be dropped by Friday, if all goes well. At least we know the time-table the company is working on. The judge finished his other trial & we hope he remedies the federal case for AZNT. Things are moving along nicely. I have just one request, NO MORE REFFERALS or interaction with Shell & co.., ok?
