It is also interesting that Wellington which picked up 460,000 shares appears to also be responsible for investing some of AT&T's cash (the AT&T Investment Management Company). Coincidence?

We could have more institutions reporting in the next couple weeks. Oppenheimer 'traded' about 100k shares in the second quarter, but they could have been buying for their clients.
