Mike, I'll try to contact my regular person at ETrade and find out if I'm on the list for immediate release of certs. I had several requests in (which were either lost or cancelled also) but have had two requests re-entered over the past few weeks.

Will let you know as soon as I hear something back from them.

Mike IMO because of their ineptness I would email a complaint to the NASD. They must come to realize "expertise" & "customer service" was lacking some major compliance.

Just got confirmation from ETrade that my MG certs were FedEx'd to me yesterday - should be receiving tomorrow.
