I guess it's true..."there is a sucker born every minute"

Keep in mind that P.T. Barnum coined that phrase almost a century ago when the population of the world was much smaller. I'd say there is at least 5-6 suckers born per minute today, and they all invest in OTC-BB reverse merger POS's, and hey if there's indictments hanging overhead, sword of damocles style, that's just gravy.
