Thanks, now I understand the jump in the last two days.

Obviously people were in the know...

For full disclosure: I sold all my NEONs. Though I intend to buy some back if market permits.

Couple of observations:
1) Shorts will burn
2) Investment bankers will be happy as cash goes down future business come their way
3) Management does not feel their jobs are in trouble as they are willing to reduce cash for shareholder benefit. Which means business is not bad or may be doing good
