Mr. Fun believes it will turn around soon, and I certainly hope so -- I an long LU. But this is a glaring weakness for now.

Mighty, I have frequently said that I am long LU. But that does not mean that I must look at the company through rose colored glasses. I think it is important for all investors to be aware of problems as well as triumphs.

One of the peculiarities of the investing community today is the failure to watch cash flow carefully. A good case in point is the cash flow problems with OXHP, when it was flying high ($80). In that case, of course, some of their revenues were bogus and they weren't recording expenses and it showed up in the cash flow. A quarter later the management 'fessed up. I don't think we have a similar situation here. But a turn around in inventory and A/R management will be a cause for jubilation in this quarter.
