"Can someone recommend an on line broker with fast executions.I am dumping NDB because of their 90 restriction crap."

I have NDB, but I don't know what the 90 restriction is? What is it that you are referring to? Try mbtrading.com

Re: NDB. I've used the firm for the last six years and have never had any problems. My trades (Nasdaq) are executed immediately (1-3 seconds). The 90 restriction is either related to Reg T (you purchased stock and didn't have the funds in your account by T-3...or you day traded in a cash account and used the gains from that trade to purchase a second stock. The latter is an regulatory rule.

In additional, recently, NDB has begun offering price improvements. In fact, 5 out of the my last 6 sell transactions (which were market orders) were executed at higher prices...from 1/32 to 1/8 of a point.
