I see from reading posts on the Hooverman's IBI board that a
new president has been found with the name of Gary Fitchett. Although no public release has been made the board has a link to his name. From what I understand his area of expertise is getting financing and he has written a book , a summary of which can be accessed at this link.

mcgrawhill.ca.

From what I hear he has an excellent reputation in Canada.
