Greetings all,

Just stopped in to say hey. Been on the sidelines for a while...busy with the real job. Plus, I couldn't get a feel for the market b/f the fed meeting. Looking to park some cash in the market for now. I hope I didn't miss the entire run.

I'm really bummed that I didn't take the GRIN plunge at 6...I was all ready to click, but I didn't have the courage. Anyway, I'm sure I would have taken my profit long ago. Congrats to all who took the plunge.

DSL plays really moved today. NPNT interests me. Also, MSGI, which is totally out of favor? I just don't get it...it seemed like a bagain in the mid-20s, but now...
And another one I like that has sold off quite a bit is CNCX. Anybody follow any of these or have any thoughts.

TIA,

Minos

I expect you more than made up for
IDTC with NTRO. OTOH, I missed
the NTRO call because MSN email was
down most of the day. Arrggghh

My gut tells me we will have several
short opps in the near term. I think
we have gone from oversold to overbought
in a flash. That's why I raised cash
late in the day.

Look for a possible short squeeze on
GNSS. Big move today on major volume.
If it is the start of a squeeze, there
is much more to go, given the short
position.

Now, I'm really off to the gym. <gg>

I called Harvey Solursh at CRY this morning.

Here is what he had to say (he is the CFO):

1) The SNMM thing does not affect their Nasdaq application at all

2) They are working like crazy to file for the Naz by the end of the month, as promised. "There is alot of work in this process". Note, I sensed they might be a day or two late due to the mountain of work req'd. Let's see if they work the weekend.

3) The SNMM issue is not an i-gaming issue "there are others things involved" (i.e. porn etc.)

4) They plan to be on the Naz by October - that is UNCHANGED.

5) CRY DO NOT operate their own casinos (like SNMM) as posted by Meph. (I just wanted to verify this - that is a KEY piece of info and I thank you Meph).

6) They have had no contact by Canadian authorities. He doesn't see why they would - "there are other things involved at SNMM". He said he has met the SNMM people but does not really know them so can't comment on them.

7) They are not deterred by the SNMM situation and are not slowing down viz-a-viz getting on the Naz.

8) They have no problems or issues with Claude Levy "he is a good casino operator". (ya I know, things can change - but so far so good)

I felt extremely re-assured about CRY - hell they don't even own a casino.

I suggested a conference call to clear the air for other investors.
