Will try to call the company tomorrow, if I get the time. No idea where the buyers are, they should be here, now, who are the sellers?

Tee Time, Anyone?

A small Arizona tech company is getting the U.S. rights for an Internet
tee-time reservation system that's widely used by golfers in the UK. Salt
Lake City-based PrimeHoldings.com (PRIM: news, msgs) this week
agreed to acquire the assets of Pelican Hill Holding Company of Santa
Ana, CA., which holds the domestic rights to the GolfAgent system.
There are several competing Internet golf reservations systems in the
United States, including Teemaster.com, eteetime.com, and
selectteetimes.com.

GolfAgent is used in Great Britain and Ireland, where players visit the
Web site to reserve tee times at local or distant courses. Participating golf
courses can use GolfAgent software to schedule tee-times via phone and
can also synchronize their system with the GolfAgent server to make all
open tee times available on the website.

"The Pelican Hill acquisition gives PrimeHoldings.com an important
presence in one of the fastest-growing consumer markets and provides a
complementary partner to our other affinity marketing subsidiaries," said
Thomas E. Aliprandi, president and CEO of PrimeHoldings, which
develops and operates a number of Internet-related technology
companies that focus on business intelligence and electronic commerce.
