Edward Gallagher and his sidekick Pidgeons run numerous shells on the VSE.Right after RTL and GGX bit the dust they moved on to First Telecom and Data Dial which both "companies" just recently ended up the same fate.Must say I wasn't surprised.Don't count on the VSE investigating them.They are lightweights and low profile on the Vancouver scene that the proper authorities who are crooked,corrupt and arrogant themselves will probably never bother to touch them. Did you also know Gallagher is a former Mountie?He and Peter Micheals of WWWC are best buds. I'll be watching for their next Pump/Dump play and SHORTING it.
